the 30 min circuit kicked my ass. to be clear it is 1 min of each of those things x3

only 35 mins of that Yoga class is hard. lots of child's pose and corpse pose bullshit

Monday Morn workout:
bike to the park, 2 miles run, did some of the bullshit stations, dips, abs, shitty pulll ups, stretching, bike home.

the Strava app is going to get me killed. competing against my own best ride segments is bad enough, but trying to beat as many others in the city as I can, can get dicey in city traffic.

Rule of thumb is you always want to actually feel stronger and better after a workout. If your doing cardio don't mix it with strength work. Doing calisthenics and weights when tired is what gets people hurt. No need for stretching ever and people only think yoga works because holding the pose statically is just an inferior form of isometrics. All for people doing what they like but so much of it is bullshit and is hurting more than it's helping.

So you're basically saying we should mainline a bunch of roids, right? ;)
No what I am saying is they have percentage based methodical training which doesn't matter if your on PEDs or not. If your doing what your described in your workout you better be on roids or you will never recover properly.
