I am not going to name and shame just yet, because this book has been fair to me in the past, but was just wondering if anyone has had similar experience with books.

I asked a book some time ago if they had any bonuses on offer. I was told by them that "yes we have this bonus and for that it's this rollover".

I made the deposit, got the bonus, all good.

Now once I had met the rollover requirement, which was fairly hard work, and went to make a withdrawal it was rejected because RO had not been met.

I contacted them, told them about the situation, and now they tell me the rollover was a different number (double) than what I had been offered.

I told them what rollover deal I had been offered, sent them the chat where I was offered the bonus and what the conditions were and now they say that for accounts with a certain max bet limit the ro is double than what the agent offered me. WHAT?

At no point was this communicated to me. When initially contacting them, I asked if there were any offers and was told the rollover conditions. Then I asked if there were any max deposit and was told no. The bonus I then went for was 1k so nothing out of this world.

Agent I spoke to now wouldn't budge (and to be fair would not have the authority to do so), but at least I got her to pass it onto a manager for review and luckily I have the chat transcripts saved. I hope they will honor it. If they been poor in their communication they should own up to it and not change conditions that have been agreed on.

Why share this without naming the book?

But fair enough, I can see that from others point of view it might be seen as a pointless thread without naming the book, but I am looking for input on whether this is acceptable behavior as this is a first for me.

not really acceptable, but we're gamblers... so i never really saw the big deal of a rollover being higher

other than total bs like when betdsi cut my limits to $50 when i had a 10k rollover... that was fun making 200 bets, and then having to do it again when the bonus funds transferred to cash
