BETFAIR sportsbook dont payout 10500 eur,account suspended..

betfair returned my deposit 7000 eur and confiscated my winning 3500. Looks there was some mistyped on registration regardin my address. I dont know it is reason to do like this or no.. so from one side im happy- i get my money back ,from other-i lost my legal winning...

yes,thare looks there was incorrect address.Different as my sent bills,statements etc.but i cant test it because account is locked. Maybe when i registred i typed my previously home address.They(betfair securety) do not tell me somthing like that-can you please explain why your registered address is different from bills,statements address?,they just asked asked different bills and finally closed account and returned stake...

This probably won't work,but try tackling them with it head-on.You will need evidence of your old address and change-of-address.Apologise and say you may have been tired and accidentally typed out your old address out of habit.It is possible that they might listen.
