As I told before-Malta is on one hand with operators beccause confiscate money go to Malta account.This is absolutely false and unverified informatioan regarding me and my address !!! NONSENCE !!!

Further to the below case, please be informed that we have received information from the representative of PPB Counterparty Services Limited (betfair.com) who have informed the MGA that the proof of address, phone provided is invalid etc. The operator provided information and data which is extracted from their internal systems. This they do as part of the ongoing investigations that the MGA orders when a player complaint is received. This information is of a sensitive nature and cannot be provided to the player as is your case. In your specific case, the information was passed to the MGA and examined in detail so as to confirm the Operator’s explanation of events. From the Authority’s end, it was determined that the Operator acted in accordance to the regulations and Terms and Conditions.
Please note below their Terms and Conditions:
1. Your Account
In consideration of our accepting your application to open an account, you represent to us (and acknowledge that we rely on these representations) as follows:
b. You agree to provide accurate registration information, including without limitation your correct date of birth and your country of residence. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details;
c. You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration or, in the case of legal entities, you are a duly authorised representative of the relevant legal entity;
d. You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of a third party;
7. Suspension or termination
Either we or you may suspend or terminate your account at any time, either with or without cause, upon notice (we will use our reasonable endeavours to give such notice to you either before or after suspending or terminating your account).
Following termination or suspension of your account, the Trustee will, in the normal course of events, return any funds in your account to you in accordance with the Trust Deed.
However, we reserve the right to notify the Trustee to withhold the funds in your account from you pending the determination of any investigation (including any relevant external investigation) where:
a. we suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relevant to your activities on our site, including where we suspect the account has been linked with fraudulent or dishonest activity; and/or
b. we have to notify the Trustee to withhold the funds in your account by law or to comply with any advice, request or instruction from any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.
Following the determination of any such investigation we reserve the right to seize some or all of the funds in your account (by notifying the Trustee that the funds in your account should be released to us) if we are satisfied that you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relevant to your activities on our site. We will deal with any funds obtained by us in this manner at our sole and absolute discretion and/or in accordance with any advice, request or instruction from any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.
We wish to remind you that when you created your account you agreed to adhere to the Terms and Conditions and therefore the MGA cannot offer you further support with this specific case seeing that you had agreed to such Terms. We will have to consider the complaint case closed.
