No,betfair do not return my deposit but im would like to get not only deposit but also winning.
Yes,I can sent my documents if BMR would like to see its but as I see BMR adviser is very rare here.I can share my 3 bills and 2 ID documnets with every who wana it and can help me with this issue,I do not have any sensitive information on those documents.
Im agree-any bookies can closed account but they need to payout otherwise they are fraud company.

I would be surprised if IBAS were prepared to get involved here, as this is an account verification issue not a dispute over bet settlement. Betfair's European regulator, the Malta Gaming Authority, might be a better option.

You mentioned Neteller in an earlier post, so I think you should contact them about this. I don't think Betfair would have been able to reverse the payment themselves, but would have had to ask Neteller to do it for them. Neteller almost certainly will have a clause somewhere in their terms and conditions which allows them to do this in certain circumstances and you need to try to find out what the reasons for this were.

I contacted neteller-here is answer

the merchant can refund the funds and no needs to give us expalination
is automatic procedure
they have refunded the transfer
and didn't sent explanation

That's not too bad,Deniss - at least you should be able to get confirmation from the MGA that they are investigating,and of their verdict when the investigation is over.They have a decent reputation,and if they decide that you did nothing wrong,Betfair will have no excuse for not paying you your winnings as well as your deposit.Thanks for keeping us up to date.
Not happy about the Neteller thing,You could have been relying on the money.Also,a bookie could reclaim the money because they were in financial difficulties [this is not the case with Betfair].

The Neteller situation is a big concern. I'm not saying that Deniss is mistaken, but I find it hard to see how Neteller can simply allow a bookmaker to reverse a payment made to a player's Neteller account whenever they like and without giving any explanation. If this is indeed the case, then no player's winnings would be safe as long as they remained in his or her Neteller account.

As I understood-merchant(all bookeis,casino etc )this is "first class pasanger" who can do more than "econom class"(all other customers who have neteller account)
customer cant sent complaint regarding merchant but merchant can do it.
Yes,I agree this is neteller unacceptable behavior.

Proof of your ID

Photo of you holding your Proof of Identity
• A high quality colour photo of the Identity, next to your face.

Proof of your address
• A high quality colour photo of a utility bill or a bank statement not more than three months old.
• It needs to show your residential address; PO box numbers won’t work.
• Online statements won’t work either, sorry.

Sent again documents all photos 2 till 3 mb per photo and it is very very good quality-passport, passport in hand,Id card,ID card in hand,bank statement. No auto replay after sending this documents,before i get auto replay aprox after 30 minutes-we get your email....

i do not think so because first answer from accountsecurety was please send another bill and no words about another id and moreover id close to face.
But i do not like current situation because they do not send confirming email-we get your documents.I resend 2 times and no answer.
