Hello!

Bet365 blocked my account on 26.03.2019. after 5 winning bets i placed at the same day. I won 3125 eur. This money as well as my deposit is currently blocked. I wrote letters and called Bet365 many times, i wrote to IBAS, but all the time i heard the same answer:

Your email to us has been assigned tracking number: 28484539 - Please do not remove.

To my question - how long can take investigation, they didn't answer. It means it can take many years.

Can anyone help me with the advice how to deal with cheaters? Also can anyone tell my how can i start legal actions against Bet365?

I call them and write almost every day. Also i sent them letter by post. No result! They are marked here with 5+ If it is a high level company, then they shouldn't acting like this, they just ignore me!

They have no time frame to review my account. I'm already waiting 4 months and they have no further information for me, keeping my balance more then 6000 eur.
Do you really think Bet365 can be rating with 5 stars?? Yes, the've got good In-play markets, but everything is good when you are loosing money in distance. But when you are winner your account can be easy suspended with your own balance and winnings and they have no time frame for this verification. Isn't it the easiest way to keep your balance?? I think it is! And nobody have influence to Bet365. Should this company be in recommended bookies list?? I think it shouldn't!!

They also say they cant give me time frame when this will be completed but they will inform me when its done plus they say i cant speed up anything by sending them more emails.... what a jerks? :) I guess this bookies sholoud go to avoid list from now on .

As i know Betcity are cheaters. And Bet365 also! Strange for me where is no comments from BMR. If Bet365 is in best bookies list then how they can keep my money for 4 months?

You are absolutely right, they do everything they want!! I think BMR should downgrade them to black list! If you don't think so, then read my story i posted some minutes ago!!

Because IBAS has the matter open as a case, Bet365 will not do anything more until they hear back from IBAS.

IBAS is the one you need to be asking right now.

They often take around a month, so I'd think they should be near a decision now too.

Even IBAS has no power settled this case. This is email from IBAS:



Dear Mr Leis,

I am emailing with regard to your IBAS submission received on the 24[SUP]th[/SUP] April 2019.

Bet365 have explained that your account will remain frozen while an investigation is taking place.

I am unable to divulge the nature of the investigation due to regulatory requirements, and can only inform you that they can take a very long time. It is possible that your account could be suspended for up to 2 years.

There is nothing that IBAS can do about this, we cannot force them to pay you whilst the investigation is ongoing. In the meantime, you are welcome to pursue alternative means of accessing the funds in your account, such as taking legal action against Bet365.

They have said they will contact you once the investigation is over, so there is little point in asking IBAS for updates, as you will find out more quickly than we will. You are much better off asking them directly.

I apologise for this bad news, but stress again that our hands are tied in this matter and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

Bet365 acting under their terms and conditions that allow them to make investigation with no time frame! And nobody can help, because they don't brake the rules witch i accepted opened account. Should such bookie be in one row with Pinnacle and William Hill? OF COURSE NO!!
