🏆 un-regulated Sportsbook Updated Tier List (2026 Edition)

For the latest reviews and information on online sportsbooks, visit the BMR main page.

Key
S Tier – The best of the best. Payouts within minutes, high limits, excellent reliability, strong seasonal promos.
A Tier – Rock-solid books. Fast payouts, high limits, rare issues, but not as rewarding in promos.
B Tier – Mostly positive. Reliable payouts, decent bonuses, but inconsistent treatment of new players.
C Tier – Once elite, now declining. Good history but recent downturns or friction for players.
D Tier – Concerning behavior. Repeated issues, long delays, or manipulative practices.
F Tier – Avoid completely.

🥇 S Tier
BookMaker / JustBet

Elite sportsbook with very high deposit and payout limits and minimal KYC.
Excellent loyalty program offering cash back, tier-based bonuses, and customizable rollovers.

Industry-leading sportsbook experience
Casino is mediocre but functional
BetAnyThing

Perhaps the best bonus structure in the industry — 25% cash bonuses with no withdrawal lock-ins.

Minimal KYC unless using a card
$5,000 max sports limits
Great casino and top-tier customer service
Some soft limits reported over time (not extreme)
BetOnline / SportsBetting.ag

Fastest payouts un-regulated — often instant.

Very high betting limits
Top-tier reliability
Best un-regulated casino platform
Respectable poker room

Downsides:

Weak promotional program
Poor rakeback rewards
🥈 A Tier
Bovada

High limits and excellent bonus value (when used correctly).

Seamless experience for established accounts
Excellent casino + decent poker network

Important restrictions for new users:

Max 50% of deposit on sportsbook bets
Max 10% per casino bet

➡️ Follow the rules and it feels like S Tier. Most complaints come from bonus misuse.

BetUS

Reliable payouts with negotiable bonuses.

Strong customer service
High limits
Solid casino

⚠️ Watch out for “freeplay traps”
Unused $25 freeplays can stack rollovers if you deposit again.

Bookie.ag

Great for smaller bettors.

Same-day crypto withdrawals
Never slow-pays
Transparent rules

Bonuses:

50% freeplay or 25% cash = fair
100% freeplay / 50% cash = heavy rollovers

⚠️ Main limitation: wager caps (50% of deposit)

🥉 B Tier
YouWager

Good option for higher-limit bettors.

Strong seasonal promos
Good baseball & football limits

Downsides:

Bonus play reduces action on most sports
“Non-recreational” withdrawal fee
Awkward KYC (dated paper selfie required)

➡️ Still reliable: they always pay.

MyBookie / BUSR / Xbet

Mainstream and generally reliable.

High betting limits
Weak lines
$5,000 weekly payout cap (crypto/ACH)

⚠️ Avoid casino bonuses — poorly structured

Known to pay large wins (e.g. $75K parlay)
Sharp bettors get limited quickly

➡️ Stick to sportsbook only.

⚙️ C Tier
Heritage Sports

Once elite, now declining.

Aggressive risk team
Software-heavy KYC (ID + face scan)
Inconsistent payout caps

➡️ Experience varies:

Old accounts: A Tier
New accounts: risk of F Tier treatment
BetNow

Historically reliable but trending downward.

30-cent baseball lines
False syndicate accusations reported
Weak KYC system
Low payout limits

➡️ Still pays, but caution advised.

⚠️ D Tier
EveryGame

Good lines and promos, but:

Extremely slow KYC (2–3 weeks)
Re-verification required per withdrawal

➡️ They pay — but expect delays every time.

BetMania / BetPhoenix / SkyBook Family

Major decline recently.

Reports of requiring continued gambling before withdrawals

➡️ Unacceptable behavior

💀 F Tier (Avoid Entirely)
BettorsDen – Chronic slow-pay issues
DSI (Diamond Sportsbook) – Slow-pay / no-pay reports
Jazz / ABC Islands / LooseLines – Confirmed non-pays
WagerWeb – Likely insolvent; confirmed no-pay behavior
🔚 Final Thoughts

The un-regulated sportsbook landscape changes quickly.

Top picks: BookMaker, BetAnyThing, BetOnline, Bovada
Avoid entirely: D and F tiers

➡️ Stick with proven books for consistent payouts and strong limits.

Hard to stick to Bovada when you have less than $5 limits. Pure rec shop...

Also not sure how mybookie can be a B tier book...considering what they pull on sharp players.

Top gradings would be similar to mine outside of Bovada. I would have BetOnline well above Betanything. Just mediocre and minimal offerings at Betanything. Betonline's overall offerings blow them away as does their payout speed (although BA is solid in that regard)

Bet105 missing from the list? Too new for your tastes? So far rock solid and no limiting issues so far.

MyBookie is just really hard to grade, myself and everyone I know has never had a problem. When I was 18 they were my first book. (22 now) My bonuses are gone at MyBookie, Xbet, and BUSR. In my life I took around $30,000 in payouts at MyBookie. BUSR, around $8,000, and Xbet in the $15,000-$17,000 mark. I never had a problem getting paid. But they do some shady crap with their casino bonuses. That’s where 99% of the problems come via complaints.

In regards to Bet105,

They are S Tier but it’s new. So I can’t really put them there. It worry’s me that they advertise to sharps so it’s hard to make a decision. Bettors Den started off fantastic and got killed advertising to recs. Come next spring when the money slows down if they are still operating like this they might be above BetOnline based on how good their lines are.

With BetAny, I put them above BetOnline because the bonuses are better. They give you free spins, free $250 in the classic casino, and the $500 on a $2,000 deposit. I might glaze them because they’ve been so good to me and let me come in every few months even after a huge payout, but I factor in payouts being the most determinative factor, then promotions, then lines.

Also, what promotions is BetOnline doing? Maybe I’ve missed. The monthly cash boost seems mediocre after I had a terrible month as platinum a few months ago and lost $10,000. I got like $200. 💀

Agreed on Heritage being lowered. They stole my cash back, lowered my limits, slow paid me for months, didn't honor posted payout limits, added rollover for no reason among other things. I can no longer suggest them going forward.
