I am making this post because I don't know what else to do at this point. I have an account at BetUS and have met my rollover. I requested a withdrawal months ago and still have not received my payout. They sent me an email after the request asking for my ID and a selfie holding my ID. I happen to have lost my ID earlier that day so had to order a new one. Once I got the new ID I sent in the picture and the selfie. They still wouldn't pay and asked for me to call. I have since called at least 10 times, I have done a zoom they requested where I held my ID up, still no payout and no explanation. All they say is the account is under review. They keep telling me an email will be sent with some explanation or resolution yet no email has come. If I email them asking what is going on all I get in reply is a generic email stating I must call and speak with someone. When I call they either just hang up on me (not sure if this in intentional or the call just drops off) or they say there is no informtation and I have to call back another time. This whole thing makes no sense, ive cooperated and done everything they have asked.
