After having a bet365 account for close to 20 years, and being limited to maximum bets ranging around $2.40 for the last two years, they suspended my account based on suspicion of problem gambling.
After a long and unfruitful chat with an agent, he told me they were closing my account due to their problem gambling rules. Guy asked me if I wanted to self exclude myself, when I said no he excluded me anyway. Had to be one of the most surreal conversations I've ever had in my life.
This despite the fact I am up about $20,000 life time and have only withdrawals over the last two years.
How much trouble can you get into at $2.40 a bet?
Perhaps it's the fact they just don't want to deal with winners but can't come out and say that?
