Yeah, considering selling all the golf and just getting out.

If I don't somehow profit from the current leaderboard, then I will need to re-eavluate the golf bets on the exchange.

Those are just a few posts but going back I expressed a lot of frustration with golf today.

And I don't think it was a very good day on the Trading desk for golf. The Lab did great this week, the trader was off kilter today.

Managed to clear 5 units on golf profiting on 5 winning positions and 3 losers. The average winning position is 146.7% while the average losing positon is -73.7%. Per $100 that's a $146.77 average winner vs -$73.7% average loser.

Looking at this leaderboard, I'd say I did pretty well at leaderboard construction. It was good work in the lab.

Now I need to match that with good work on the trading desk to maintain the status of one of the top LIVE trading desks in the world.

You can set it so that if you sell more than you have you automatically buy the other side.

I was just talking about this at breakfast. I do this 7 days a week. Was saying I don't even want to look today, lol.

Kind of pissed as I thought rutgers would lead early, but I'm really trying to stay at arms length here.

Pissed I wasn't on Rutgers pre game on the exchanges, I just debated whether or not even work today when I should've been buying.

Fukk, this Rutgers/MD game was right up my alley.

Missed it all becaue I didn't want to look.

Now is the psychological battle to not force something because I feel like I shoud be up today.

Well, reading that last post one could argue that I failed that psychological battle today.

I traded, went in a hole, and traded some more. All on a day I wasn't even going to look.

I made 7 trades today. I had 4 winning and 3 losing trades. This time, however, the average losing trade was -65.69% with the average winner only +35.31%.

I lost nearly -.56 units today.

The trading wasn't terrible, but notice how I started really scalping and just taking cash off the market. That was some really disciplined trading, at least in Hoops, later in the day.

And it came at real good time too. I was heading down a spiral today, just read the posts. Disciplined trading saved the day when I was ready to unravel.

Now if I could only trade like the last half of today everyday.

Maybe I do just plain need a day off. Here's the day's work...

Here's the week. Go back and re read this thread. It's crazy. I'm just trying to convey a hint as to just how wild it is.

But it was fruitful. I was up over +10 units before trading today. I can't say that that fact led me to more likely trade, I think it was the confusion this morning on what I was going to do paired with my best idea going off without me that led to a near emotional hijack.

The lab work this week was pretty damn good, the trading was good at times, not so good at times, then great at times, then eventually with discipline I'd like do consistently.

This is a real time experiment, in the choppy waters between the superbowl and NCAA hoops post season.

Kalshi not paying on the Khameni death is straight up bullshit. There was always a strong chance that he would die of old age not just getting merc’d. You would think this would be made abundantly clear up front.
