The rules are similar to other top NFL survivor pools, but with one key difference: your team needs to cover the point spread, not just win the game. This gives you a chance to show off your skills as a sports bettor.
If your team fails to cover, you’re out. Miss a week? You’re out. The contest continues until only one Survivor remains. If there is more than one, the prize pool will be divided accordingly.
Bookmakers Review NFL Survivor Pool Rules

Here are the rules:
- If there is no single Survivor at the end of the regular season, then the Grand Prize will be evenly split among all remaining entries.
- Participants need to private message their sportsbook + account Number to @BMR Genie no later than the Week 2 Deadline of September 14th at 1:00pm ET!
- Bookmakers Review will post point spreads on the BMR forums every Tuesday, usually no later than 2 PM ET. These spreads will remain the same throughout the week. Each spread will have .5s, so there are no pushes. If there is no spread when we post it, that game will not be included.
- Choose one NFL team to cover the spread each week. Once your team fails to cover a spread, you are eliminated. Whoever advances the furthest in the winner.
- Once you pick a team, you are NOT allowed to use that same team again for the rest of the season.
- If you miss a week, you’re eliminated.
Some other key features to keep in mind:
- You need to post in this thread to be eligible.
- If a game is postponed or does not reach 55 minutes, there is no action and you must make two plays in the next week.
- Picks must be entered by 1:00pm ET Sundays OR prior to kickoff if your selection is played at an earlier date or time. Exception: IF this contest is still going on Week 18, the deadline for that week would be kickoff time of the first game, regardless of date or time.
- All picks are FINAL once entered: no replacements allowed.
- The one exception is the rare case in which your original play gets postponed to a future week.
Don’t forget:
- You will NOT be allowed to replace a pick made on a team you have already used. If you select a team for a second time, you are immediately disqualified.
- No editing your post for any reason, EDIT = LOSS = ELIMINATION.
