Youwager withdrawl fee?

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I have been playing on Youwager and won. I made a withdrawal and they charged me a 2.5% fee on my withdrawal when it clearly states on their site that withdrawals for bitcoin are free.

I spoke to a manager and he said they won't remove it.
I was paid but they took out a fee for it. Do I have any recourse here? Should I file a complaint? Or did they just screw me over and I just have to live with their site taking advantage of me?

Pretty sure they put in their terms they charge this fee to non rec accounts. They labeled you as non rec.

I doubt filing a complaint will get you anywhere as their rating is suspended here.

The exact reasons are unknown, but selectively charging a fee to certain players is absurd, and is probably one of the reasons why it's suspended.

This vague rule about who they can charge and who they don't is just plain wrong as I'm sure they probably didn't say anything about being non-rec before you won and a payout was requested.

This type of garbage hurts the entire offshore industry.

A lot of players that run into this are just going to flock to regulated books where this BS doesn't happen.

Why is the rating suspended? It should just be set at B-/C+ like it should've always been instead of the laughable A it enjoyed for years.
