Do it after you take a big fucking morning shit .Do it the same time every day (e.g. when you get out of bed) to be consistent.

I’m going to do the following and only the following for the next two months. Nothing more, nothing less:
Drink more diet soda
Eat carrots in ranch dressing
Walk to get mail
Do steroids (winstrol)
Eat cinnamon
Pills
Drink a gatorade
Eat peanut butter
Use ruck pack (sex toy)
Take huge shit before using scale
