Walking is really good. Hope you keep doing this every day, Bob.
Bobby should walk around the whole store, putting all the snacks and sodas and all the other bad stuff that he would normally eat into his cart. Then once the cart is completely full with everything he would eat throughout the week he should walk throughout the whole star store again and put everything back where he got it from and then just buy a few healthy things to eat. That should get his steps up ALOT.@BobbyFK you need to hit 10-15k steps a day just to have a chance at losing a pound or two a week.

Especially with the way I eat. I definitely need to walk more but I think it’s not only a combination of walking more/getting more exercise. It’s eating healthier as well.@BobbyFK you need to hit 10-15k steps a day just to have a chance at losing a pound or two a week.
