I just got my test results back from my blood work. My blood sugar used to be 125 - 160. Now it's under 100 in the normal range for the first time in over a decade. I still eat burgers and steaks except I don't eat the burger with a bun.I think I would like the no-carb diet if I'm aiming for a fast weight goal result, but I wouldn't dare do it for the long term.
