I can feel you, Bob.

Have you tried a low-carb diet? I am doing it now, though it takes a lot of time and patience to see the result.
I have not. I like to eat and that's my problem. But I think I could definitely eat healthier and make better choices when it comes to food

Don't forget to get in the gym, or somewhere, and BURN some calories too.

It's a two pronged solution here. They must be worked in tandem.

Start slow, very slow, if needed, but a little everyday, even starting with walking, will make a difference.

Great advice, KVB!

Indeed. The combination of these two will give you a great feeling in the long run.

It all starts in the kitchen, that will determine your energy level throughout the day and it will encourage you to do some kind of workout if you eat a low carb low sugar high protein diet, and drink lots of water.

1. when you wake up in the morning don't check your emails, jerk off, brush your teerh or read CK's daily Don Best Steam plays but instead drink at least one cup of cold water.
2. walk at least one mile every day.
3. drink at least a half cup of water before each meal.
4. stick to serving sizes. If you're good at this, then you can eat multiple meals throughout the day instead of just breakfast, lunch and dinner

Genie, I've started the no-carb diet. I tried this diet a year ago and lost 15 pounds but put it back on after going to eating half the carb I did before. I just didn't have the energy I did before and needed energy to do my job. Now my job is slacker so I'm trying it again.

Good for you, QL. If you already tried it before it would be easy to adjust if you start it again now.

Is the no-carb diet equivalent to Keto? I don't think I can survive w/o carbs.
