The last 6 months you maintained your initial weight which is not a bad thing Bobby.Small update, no real major changes

I haven't really been watching what I'm eating. Nor going to the gym. I've just been kind of maintaining a steady weightBobby there is a flaw here.
You keep saying "...update, no major/drastic changes."
But you have steadily risen in weight over the last 2 months.
On January 20th you were 221.1 pounds, today you are 230.4.
While each update only showed a small, non major change in weight, you have gained enough weight to get back to the original weight when this thread started.
Are you still on a weight loss journey?
Gaining a pound a week might not seem like a big change, but 8 or 9 weeks later it adds up.
That's a perspective it doesn't sound like you have here.
I know the task is not easy, it never is, but I want to be sure you are in the right mental mindset here. Don't lose sight of the goal, pal.

Trying to get healthier boys. Accountable is important!
I appreciate the information! Thank you. I know little changes grow over time and I certainly don't plan on letting it spiral out of control long term. I know for my overall health it would be a lot better if I weigh lessOver the last six months you lost and then gained nearly 10 pounds.
That is not maintaining a steady weight. My posts come out of love, Bobby, and this kind of reinforces my point.
It's about the right mindset. I get why it happened, it can be hard to consistently eat well and excercise, even over the holidays.
But make sure you acknowledge what happened, and understand it, rather than just seeing small changes with each update as that sounds like denial.
I don't think you are overtly in denial, but your posts about small changes implies such and is why I spoke up.
I can feel you, Bob.Unfortunately I seem to be on an upward trend

I have not. I like to eat and that's my problem. But I think I could definitely eat healthier and make better choices when it comes to foodI can feel you, Bob.
Have you tried a low-carb diet? I am doing it now, though it takes a lot of time and patience to see the result.
