Requested Tuesday at 4pm, got on live chat the next morning and they asked for my ID and selfie holding it. Didn't hear anything until a few hours ago when they asked for a picture of me holding a piece of paper with today's date on it. Sent that in immediately and haven't heard anything since

You just have to be patient, there's reports that they are doing this, at least right now, more often. Provide what they ask for and it should get resolved. Their support, just like any other book is not the greatest, so I could keep on them but just once a day.

I know P1s that are getting this. BM has managed to cut down on a lot of Alt accounts just by denying bonuses to a lot of people just based on Geo-Location or something that their fraud detection catches upon account creation.

This was done heavily 2 baseball seasons ago due to massive syndicates targeting BM and JustBet, they only do this when they are being hit by large scale syndicates. Strange it’s happening during football season though. However Football is coming to an end shortly. They will pay you after the video call. One thing about BM/JB they always pay. At least they are responding in a timely fashion. 2 years ago you’d be in limbo for 3 weeks.
