I watched some of the buildup videos:

1) Fury is confident. Over-confident?

2) I can't say I can remember seeing a +700 dog who is clearly that much better physically.

The Fury comments were funny. Fury calls himself a Fat Man and says that Ngannou can't beat him (Fury) because he's in too good shape.

Credit to Fury for being a salesman. How can Ngannou not be +EV at this price? People have a tough time going against a 33-0-1 streak.
