I'm literally about to move the majority of my betting to Sportsbook.com. Yes, they take 5-7 days to pay, but they always pay and I never have to deal with the BS from some of the other books.

They definitely left a bad taste in many player's mouths. However, they've been solid for quite a while now. The 5-7 day payouts suck, but other than they offer great lines and literally no bs.
