From what I’ve read it’s in a federal appeals court with a 3 judge panel, if 2 of the 3 say the previous judge over stepped her authority ( which she did imo) it will be over turned and the Seminole app will open again. It typically takes around a year for an appeals court to make a decision and we are more than halfway there now.

It looks like they are pretty disorganized. They want to exclude college sports. A lot of people were afraid to vote on it so didn't and a lot did not show up to vote. They will do it eventually but are running scared right now.
