This just happened to me yesterday. I will be creating a new thread since it seems Jazz decided to do this to multiple people again.
What was there explanation for doing that? I’m still waiting and arguing my case. Finally got someone that’s not a freaking idiot to actually converse with “Human” and gave me a phone number to call. So fingers crossed!! Hopefully today I hear something.My account was just re-enabled. Glad because Jazz has always done right by me. Hope it gets resolved for the others in this thread too

They just called me saying it was a glitch in account between fresh deck and jazz casino and they dont owe me any money, Which is a lie.
