[RESOLVED] Jazz Casino locked my account out of nowhere- need help and advice.

I went to log into my account last night at https://jazzcasino.com/ and it said invalid username/password. I reached out to support and they said they would have someone from the security team call me. They called me and said they were looking into a number of accounts due to potential issues with casino games. The person in the chat said it was a routine check and the person on the security team said they would let me know when it was resolved and had casino experts looking into the gameplay. I've been playing there for a couple of months, winning and losing in the casino and sportsbook. But I am up a decent amount overall in Casino, the games fluctuated a lot but I ended up on top. They were paying me out daily no problem and then all of a sudden cut me off.

I'm not sure what to do next and wondering if this is happening to anyone else or have a similar situation and advice. I haven't submitted an official complaint form on here or SBR since I'm awaiting there response.

I got a call back today and he said that the person the first person that comes clean out of 106 accounts being investigated would get a partial payout. I told him I didn’t use any game winning software and he said that’s what the others told him and he hung up on them as it didn’t help. I have a large amount I fairly won and I just told him I read articles on wizard of odds, https://wizardofodds.com/ask-the-wizard/slots/online/. I read these to learn more about online slots, I’m not trying to cheat the system, the main “strategy” is to bet the max spin as you have a better return. He said he would forward to his manager and see if it matches. I’m not sure what to do next and I feel like they are going to steal all my money and definitely everyone else’s. What a terrible experience.

That sounds bad.

But as we discussed, if you have won your money over a wide range of casino games from different makers, it seems kind of difficult to see what they might think you have been doing wrong.

And 106 people? It sounds like someone has pulled out a list of all big casino winners and might be on a fishing expedition to try and work out why players are winning more than they expected.

Same thing happened to me. Been playing for 3 months, mostly losing, hit a big winner the other day and then was betting $100 per spin and hit again. Now they got the account locked, called me today calling me a cheater saying I somehow rigged the game. Not to mention I hit a parlay for 8k, don’t know how I rigged college football. But yeah this has gotten really bad now, they won’t respond to my emails or call me back

Exactly what I told him, if I bet 50 spins in a row at $1 and lose 50 in a row, then I’ll up it to $2, so on and so on. When he got up big, I bet big. There was an instance a few weeks ago I won 20k, requested a withdrawal, and then lost all 20k before they even debited the account lol. They had no problem with that

Not to mention the way the casino works, if you hit for like more than 4k, they lock that provider for slots for 24 hours. So they were grilling me about hitting on a game then switching, when they are the ones making me switch by blocking the provider. Crazy

Dude this is so crazy happy it's not just me! I was desperate for some resolution as he was saying I wouldn't get anything if I didn't "come clean". So I remember I read an article on "slot strategy" which is legit just bet more, it's not a formula or software it's all luck lol. Man idk what to do these guys are scumbags and I thought they were reputable

Me too man, I’ve been sending every bookmaker review site messages asking for help. I hit spin every time, change bet myself every time, never auto play. If hit for these same type of percentages before but just never been betting so much. Idk how you are getting daily withdrawals. I could only do 2 per week for 2500 each and max 5k. Hopefully Brad can help. I didn’t have anything to tell him other than inner massive, switch games after hitting big(most of the time because their website makes you) and because I know the odds of me hitting massively twice on the same game is obviously low, but that’s just common sense

My daily withdrawals were smaller, I should have taken out more. Really like the site and layout, didn't expect them to suddenly lock me out and threaten me and access to my funds. Can you still get into your account. The security guy said there were 106 accounts they were looking into and I was in the top 3. I'm not sure what our recourse is, I can't talk to anyone else there they are shutting me out. I wonder how many total players they have

Was an absolute A-hole too, practically calling me a scumbag, I won on 6 different providers and 30 games, hit for 30k, it didn’t get credited, sent over a request for review, their casino team reviewed it, said it was legit, and credited my account. And now I’m cheating, insane man. Honestly at a loss for words. I’m hoping 30 more people join this thread and shit hits the fan. Give me some type of payout option and let me go on my way. They probably ran a report of all the people that won over X amount of dollars and are calling them trying to find something. Bad approach though, gonna piss people off.

He said they found “irregularities” in my account, I asked him if he could expand on what that means and he started calling me a scumbag asking me how I cheat. Shit is unreal, never been so angry in my life having 90k stolen

They are just making up stuff and yeah that security guy was super hostile and was threatening me the whole time too. Not going to be good publicity for them. I only read good things about them, recommended them to my friends too, what a mistake. What really surprises me is how they are approaching this situation and the fact no one else in support is responding to me or will pretty much hang up when I call in.

We need to blow up this issue and get access to our funds, this is disgusting, I had $35k plus stolen, had outstanding bets that were winners too. He said, "what does $36k mean to you?" - who the hell asks that to their customer who has been depositing all the time and a VIP player

Me too, I been working with a guy named Ricky, nicest guy in the world, always hooking me up, getting back to me. Was great. Guy named Phil called today acting crazy. And yeah, 1) no email notification the account was getting blocked 2) no reason as to why until 24 hours later 3) no questions or discussion when they called, straight accusation right off the bat. Didn’t care at all what I had to say unless I had information about some secret software.
Same exact experience here! What a maniac, I'm worried because I told him I read an article on slots that he has reason to confiscate my funds, I did nothing wrong. What a disgusting experience. I'm really hoping we get our funds back. Aren't these guys a regulated casino? Can we take action that way?

I have no idea, that’s what I was scared about, what’s keeping them from just shutting down my account, telling me to kick rocks with no recourse, and pocketing 90k, 10+ was won on sports. I have no clue, that’s why I’m hoping BMR saves us
