I'm waiting over 4-5 months already for my 40mbtc withdrawal, it looks like they won't never process it

I requested a payment April 17th and have been waiting ever since.

I have emailed help@nitrobetting.eu so many times. They reply quickly with close to the same generic response every time. Here is the most recent one:

"Hello xxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

I regret that your request is still under review by our Processing Team.
As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe
at this moment.
That said, another reminder has been sent to the Processing Team on your
behalf. However, we still do not know when they will be able to proceed
with your request...

Like 9k now.

Fluctuated a bunch within the 11 months since the last request in April of 2025.

A book that can't pay that is obviously flat broke.

It's a running scam, they sent me an email where they ask to make deposit to cover withdrawal fee
