I requested a payment April 17th and have been waiting ever since.

I have emailed help@nitrobetting.eu so many times. They reply quickly with close to the same generic response every time. Here is the most recent one:

"Hello xxx,

Thank you for contacting us.

I regret that your request is still under review by our Processing Team.
As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe
at this moment.
That said, another reminder has been sent to the Processing Team on your
behalf. However, we still do not know when they will be able to proceed
with your request...

Fluctuated a bunch within the 11 months since the last request in April of 2025.

A book that can't pay that is obviously flat broke.

It's a running scam, they sent me an email where they ask to make deposit to cover withdrawal fee

They straight up told me that they will not pay me my remaining balance.

They are a scam book.

Don't deposit there.

No interest in depositing. Just was curious if any of the balances out there were getting collected at all. I assumed the quiet airwaves were not a good sign. After they freerolled me a couple times, that was just about it for me. Can't void a bet 3 days later and expect players to stay.
