I’ve been playing on Betanything recently and noticed some weird stuff.
They do pay out and everything is legit in that sense, so I’m not really complaining about that. At first, I thought they were up there with BetOnline or Bookmaker, like a place that can handle bigger action. But now I’m starting to feel like they’re not as big as I thought and mostly just want recreational players.
I’m only up less than $10k, and they already cut my limits. Whenever I try to bet now, there’s like a one-minute delay, and sometimes the odds change while I’m waiting. I don’t think it’s because of me specifically (Because I am no sharp, most of them are less than 300 bucks), but it still feels strange. Recently, they even disabled all my live betting options.
When the delays first started, I asked them if they put a delay on my account, and they denied it. But after my limits got cut and live betting was removed, I’m pretty sure they weren’t being honest.
It honestly feels like they only want players who lose, and once you start winning, they begin playing games with your account.
There was also this one situation where I requested a $4k payout in Tether. After a few hours, it said it was processed, but the money never showed up in my wallet. When I asked about it, they said there was a “mistake” and told me to request it again, claiming they accidentally sent $2 extra so they had to cancel it. That just sounded weird to me. If I hadn’t checked, I could’ve easily lost track of that $4k.
After that, I went to request the payout again, and suddenly the Tether option was gone. Now I only see Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum. Before, there were like 30 payout options. It honestly feels like they changed it just for my account ( I could be wrong they could have changed it to all players but what a timing huh?) , especially since I told them I prefer Tether because other options are more volatile.
I’m not saying they’re shady or anything. I still think BetAnyThing is probably right below BetOnline and Bookmaker, like an A-tier sportsbook. At the time of so many books not paying, they pay so I consider them legit.
But these past few weeks have been really disappointing, so I just wanted to share my experience.
