Steven Adams is the first that comes to mind. I think this is the first season he is truly being recognized
reminded me of this article too if you want to check it out, Adams is included

I'm going to give you all the most underrated athlete all-time

Yes he's in the Hall Of Fame, but his achievements are not given enough respect nor are they talked about enough

John Stockton

Why?

Because he holds TWO All-Time NBA Records

But what makes those 2 records so special is, one is on offense, and one is on defense

This man is the NBA's all-time leader in Assists (Offense), and the all-time leader in Steals (Defense)

This is an amazing accomplishment and something that we will probably never ever see again

Neither of his records are in danger of being broken anytime soon

Not an individual but team wise for football it's got to be the O line. Nothing but dirty work and where the game is won.

Great point. Spoken like someone who was in the trenches. Were you an O-lineman in high school or college upyours? I was one of the guys they protect (QB).

The only time the O-line gets recognized is when a QB is sacked yet they can easily make/break a team's performance.

Another One

Mike Alstott VASTLY underrated

There's never been a back like Mike

Some will say Early Campbell before him, but Alstott was a more all-round back

Only thing that hurt him was having to share the backfield with Warrick Dunn

Go to YouTube and watch Mike Alstott's highlights reels and you'll understand what I'm talking about

Zack Greinke

Dude has been pitching for 18 years. Lost some speed but uses experience to get batters out.
Moving from Astros to Royals.
