Because he holds TWO All-Time NBA Records

But what makes those 2 records so special is, one is on offense, and one is on defense

This man is the NBA's all-time leader in Assists (Offense), and the all-time leader in Steals (Defense)

This is an amazing accomplishment and something that we will probably never ever see again

Neither of his records are in danger of being broken anytime soon

i grew up with a dad that loves nascar/motor racing in general so i can see this for sure. my dad spoke highly of him

i like this perspective. it's very true. o line does a lot of the dirty work but the receivers and rbs get majority, if not all, of the attention

Great point. Spoken like someone who was in the trenches. Were you an O-lineman in high school or college upyours? I was one of the guys they protect (QB).

The only time the O-line gets recognized is when a QB is sacked yet they can easily make/break a team's performance.

Some will say Early Campbell before him, but Alstott was a more all-round back

Only thing that hurt him was having to share the backfield with Warrick Dunn
