some ppl probably know my issue with Xbet I had a lil while back . I also had small amount in Mybookie . @BMR Disputes Matt helped me with Xbet issue and helped me get paid out. I was relieved and happy getting it out and just wrote up mybookie balance as a loss. Another person on the forum said I should at least try to get the money out . So I asked and went back and forth like all day with mybookie support. First they said I had $1 limit which I said ok that’s fine but when I tried to place a wager it said 0.00 is my max and I sent numerous emails and they were saying it was my browser or cookies etc…. Finally they said oh ok it is $0 so I said how do I reach rollover then. Then they said they give me $1 limit again so I tried placing wager again . Didn’t work so they sent me this

I don't want to cause you any more aggravation but maybe ask BMR to help you again? After all why is this account's restrictions any different than what happened at xbet?
I have an interest in this case also because I currently have an unfunded account with this group. If the customer does wrong they should be called out on it. Same goes for every sportsbook.

That’s the one thing I’m confused about because It’s like how can they do that and still be graded that high. This was there final decision . It’s like they won’t explain why I’m essentially banned. Which like I said I just bet regular straight wagers on mainly spreads . . Other than winning this past year nothing has changed from the past 5 years the way I bet other than i was losing .

I would like to again hear the outcome of this one. From what I see posted here, I say fvck them and they won't see a dime of my money. It is on MyBookie to prove the poster is a scammer or Mybookie just can't be trusted. As a larger supporter of sending money offshore which is it MyBookie?? Should we be sending you our cash??

Seeing shit like this and not having books respond is what keeps me sticking to Bookmaker, betonline, Justbet, Sprortsbetting, Bovada, and BAS. These books should be active on these sites and realize not all publicity is good publicity.

There have been way too many complaints about non-payment. And many of them unresolved. I mean look at the message they sent to bthagay. Laughable.

Just a dik move by anyone and I would like to know the reason for it before sending my hard earned money there or anywhere that uses these tactics. These types of tactics are what gives offshore a bad name. If you are in the book business to book than book or get the fvck out.

Did whoever sent that email/chat not think it would be seen again?? Like WTF?? The company should shitcan that employee and make things right. I fvcking hate stupid fvcks. These companies don't spend enough nor do enough training for front-line customer service staff either. Offshore needs to Wake the Fvck Up before it is too late. The irony they basically don’t respond now I was looking thru and went to horse racing part it will let me place bets on horses but doesn’t count toward rollover and then casino part it lets me play but again doesn’t count toward rollover. The balance was bugging me so I just started playing blackjack it’s basically Monopoly money at this point .
