Saw a guy doing that on two heavy dumbells standing upright. He was good. Went full handstand from legs out front.

You're almost there.


ah kinda got a headache. I did dipd and pike push ups after and done ground headstand/dolphins to work on leg movements.

had a headache 20 mins later. too much blood to brain and blood pressure changes for an old fart like me

might abandon this project

you might actual keep mobility in multi planar movement.

when you stop sprinting and jumping , you start to march to old age and lost of power and balance and just wait for death

Archie let me design a plan for you basically body exercise exercises and like cardio

what do you have for improved thoracic mobility and hip internal rotation

been really focusing on that along with foot/ankle intrinsic stability

You literally can sit on the couch have your lovely girl give you a shot in the ass of Winstrol. It’s a water-based steroid very safe. Do some light cardio and dumbbells are fine with basic exercises you’ll be ripped.

You’re also looking at too many Tony Robbins videos , when you were in Garfield Park you didn’t do any of this stuff you were in the park playing sports drinking beer, chasing pussy working I think this is what happened when you went to the West Coast it change you
