Saw a guy doing that on two heavy dumbells standing upright. He was good. Went full handstand from legs out front.

ah kinda got a headache. I did dipd and pike push ups after and done ground headstand/dolphins to work on leg movements.
had a headache 20 mins later. too much blood to brain and blood pressure changes for an old fart like me
might abandon this project
