Is more valuable than

10% free play 5x rollover assuming -110 lines (BM)

At what point does the free play surpass it? Their highest tier offers 20% I believe. Is that enough to chase the higher tier?

Kind of depends on how often you are depositing. 10% fp at BM converts to about 7.5% cash. Actually not bad at a top tier book. Highest tier is Diamond and that's 20% cash. Takes quite a bit of action to get there though.
I use both books.

Wait is the highest tier still cash? I know the lowest now only gives 10% freeplay instead of cash

Yep, highest tier is 20% cash. Very nice if you can get there.
Be careful. I know a guy that requested to be made diamond. Bookmaker reviewed his account and closed it. Total backfire.

Same. A buddy of mine was trying to get Diamond (pretty sure he had more than enough action for the level). He went in and requested that level and didn't have his account closed, but had betpoints and deposit bonuses removed for both BM and JustBet. I think he requested it at JustBet to start and it burned both for him. Eventually I am sure they would have caught it, just accelerated the process.

Not sure how often they review that, but I remember my betpoints were removed on a 1st of one month. I hadn't deposited in some time but that also was removed.
