Man, had some issues earlier really wasn't in the headspace to trade.

Cooled off, came back in the office, checked the scores, lines and whiteboard, then made a solid trade that was born in the Lab.

Now I'm feeling confident again.

Can't believe the short turnaround of mental recovery, but I will admit it's emotionally taxing to recover after hitting rough waters and feeling like this...

Yeah hard to stay focused a lot of tmepting things out there. But remember this is the last week of the regular season so proceeding with caution.

Had a pharmacy fukk up that I had to deal with, and the call came will trying to trade Houston.

I did get a bit heated.

Have to be aware of your emotions when you trade. Any unexpected thing can put you on tilt.

Have to know when to walk away and reframe your thinking and emotions.

I had to do that today.

Really didn't give this play much of a chance and sold out pretty early. I'm still torn on this and the Lab is sending more NC messages.

Probably best to stay away when torn like this, but I'll be running the numbers anyway.
