Lou also told Gambling911.com that a number of pro sports bettors, some of whom were owed five figures, would not be paid as "Mike never disclosed the true amount of debt" brought on by these customers and that "Mike is responsible for them".

So "Lou" was in charge starting in August 2024, and says "Mike" hid a bunch of the winning accounts from him.

What does that even mean? "Lou" couldn't just look at the system and see that Jazz owed over $800,000 to 20+ players?

If "Lou" was unaware of the winning accounts that had to be paid when he took over in August 2024, why was he slow-paying all known winning accounts through March 2025?

This is the same scam they pulled when they "changed ownership" the last time. "Sorry, we are not responsible for any debts from the previous owner". So even if there actually is new ownership, the third one in a little over a year if so, the new owners are crooks just like the previous ones if they just confiscate balances and don't want to honor contracts under previous ownership.

Complete lie regarding your balance. They have the exact figure. Phil told me the same thing then a rep confirmed my balance via email.

I spoke to Phil today and he just continues to copy and paste the same bullshit.

"we are unable to activate your account. There were some technical issues with old accounts, we will get back to you via email when it's all fixed"

jazz 1k, 1day. I previously had a betodds and abc account. i was able to keep one of them, and use that as my single jazz account. Played for a while and got paid. Kept a small balance there. I didn't bet any live or chase steam. Just reporting the facts

Ok so the real name of "Phil Akron" is Joe Criatta, and he was also one of the scammers behind BetIslands.

He and Robert Gurin are responsible for robbing us. Is this your understanding as well, @caramba ?

That may be misspelled by the way. Googling Betisland gives you some hits on John Kreta or Jon Kreta.
