Jazz Sports Appears to Once Again Be on the Brink as Super Bowl Approaches

The company, which was acquired in late 2024, is no stranger to concerns over solvency in recent years.

It would make sense as end of football season has been when their financial struggles have flared up in recent years. And this time they don't have hundreds of thousands to steal from customers as that card has already been played.

By the article it doesn't sound like most of us will be helped by a takeover, but maybe some smaller players will.

Actually I asked this myself. Phil in the chat again, funny given I have never seen him there before. According to him it's new ownership again, and this time for good. No word on whether these ones are crooks as well, I didn't ask. As with everything, take everything they say with a grain of salt, this might just be another scam to confiscate balances by making accounts go away.
As with others in this thread, I can't log in to my account.

One reason of many why I question this "new ownership" news, is that given how their reputation has hit rock bottom in the past 12 months, how all their social media is dead (which I see as a sign of no customers), why would anyone want to take over?
Imo they are close to bankrupt, getting by on affiliate deals and stolen money for now with only Phil and a small group of stooges operating the chats, and this new development with design change and "carrying over accounts" is just another way to confiscate funds.

just had a live chat with...you guessed it...PHIL. I asked if they can restore my stolen funds from betodds he said no, I said, ok, I will continue to post and expose the scam fraud crooks they are every forum, and good luck with his business model after that.
So that answers my question. Love how they attempt to justify stealing balances in this day and age of the internet and forums, transparency my ass.

Par for the course. I first spoke to Phil who said he was unable to verify my account balance, as "I can't see it, your account is not showing up on our records." Hours later, I got an email stating my account balance and to try logging in. No luck. The system is recognizing password resets but I still can't log in. I spoke to "Jimi" today and more of the same crap.
