No.

Read about my experience here:

Judging by the enormous amounts of complaints in the past 5 years, I don't think anything has changed with regards to how they try to screw over customers.

Just think about how many get screwed that no one ever hears about.

Thanks guys. The term that Frank mentioned

5. Any service that MyBookie Sportsbook, Casino and Racebook offers is intended for recreational players only. We reserve the exclusive right to refuse, limit, or close any client account if we find that it is being used otherwise.

guarantees I will never play at MyBookie until this term disappears.

I would go with betnow, BAS or Betus as a 3rd book. Just depends on what yours needs are. But all three pay.
Echoing everyone else, Mybookie should not be used. Far too many complaints of non-payment.
Had never heard of Betnow so I read their T&C:

Your account is for your sole personal entertainment use only and shall not be used for any professional, business or commercial purpose. Syndicated play, professional scalpers or handicappers...strictly prohibited.

So if Betnow decides I'm a professional then they are going to take my money?

Many sportsbooks have this kind of language in their TC. Some use it to steal players funds and some don't. I have never seen a report of betnow stealing from their customers. They have paid me many thousands over the last few years.

BM, BOL, Circa (i.e., the big boys) do not have such language in their T+C. That said, I take your point and will consider betnow.

Is Betus betus.com.pa?

Yes that's betus' address. If you're gonna sign up with them you should use a friend (who already has an account) as a reference. They have one of the better referrel bonuses in the industry.

BOL has this in their T/C:

14. Prohibited Uses

The Client shall not use SportsBetting’s website, services, accounts, or any other aspect of SportsBetting: a) to conceal or disguise the nature or origin of illicit funds or otherwise engage in conduct commonly referred to as money laundering; b) to avoid, evade, violate, or circumvent, any laws or governmental regulations, including but not limited to those laws or regulations related to anti-money laundering, counter-financing of terrorism, anti-corruption, economic sanctions, taxation, or money transmission; c) to engage in conduct detrimental to SportsBetting or that exposes SportsBetting to liability, as determined in SportsBetting’s sole discretion; d) within a restricted state or country, as set forth in paragraph 16; or e) to violate, or attempt to violate, these Terms and Conditions or any SportsBetting policy, procedure or rule.
Any use described in this paragraph constitutes a “Prohibited Use,” and SportsBetting may, in its sole discretion, determine that a Prohibited Use has occurred, or is suspected to have occurred, and take any action it deems appropriate with regard to funds, property, proceeds, account or website access, use of SportsBetting services, data, or assets associated with Client’s account.

And BM has this in their T/C:

11. FRAUD / SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

11.1 Galaxy reserves the right to restrict access, or close an account temporarily, indefinitely or permanently if there is sufficient evidence to support that the user has engaged in any of the following:

  • Multiple account abuse
  • Promotional abuse
  • Fraudulent payments
  • Misrepresentation of identity / Identity theft
  • Money laundering
  • Suspicious betting patterns
11.2 All decisions made by Galaxy are final. Galaxy is not obligated to share any information related to the investigations into such matters.

Both of these are basically saying that they can take your money without warning at any time.

@Ace7550 appreciate the response. None of the big boy books say they will ban you or take your money merely for being a professional. Betnow does, MyBookie does.

I do grant you that "suspicious betting patterns" and "exposing [the book] to liability" are vague, but I think we basically know what they mean---multiaccounting and similar tricks.

I do take your point that these books could redefine those vague terms at their pleasure and in an arbitrary way to punish you or me and that's why forums like this are so important! So in the end, with your valuable endorsement, I will consider playing with Betnow.

That's fair. Bottom line is do they steal or not. Betnow has a good rep thus far. I think you will be happy with them. Especially if you like MLB. GL
