I don't think any sportsbook should be top rated when they turn customers away, WITHOUT giving any reason. They said I didn't pass their security test ????? I told them I have id, proof of address, calling from phone number I signed up with. Its just a shame. I'm down over $10k on the year to other sportsbooks, so I told them its their loss, but I still think it should be known.

I actually checked my e-mail history and I tried signing up July,2020 and in the e-mail I mentioned the exact same reference # I got today when signing up. So no idea what thats about. Just thought I would share my experience at a top rated book lol

I asked, how can I fix this issue if they don't tell me what it is. I also have zero problems at any sportsbooks. Not looking at a fix for this, I would feel dumb to lose my money to them now.

Stick with the best!!! Quick payouts for me in the past include Betonline, Bookmaker.eu/justbet.co and wagerweb.

Some of the offshores share info. I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but if one of their friendlies didn't like your action, then maybe that could explain it. They're never going to tell you why you failed their security checks, so I wouldn't expect that.

A few months back, some were posting over at SBR about some security clearance issues at Bookmaker for new accounts.

I think most got fixed by Optional.

I wonder if it's the same type of issue with Heritage now?

So you were refered by someone?

Might be notes associated with that person, or with your name. From sharing with other sites.

Usually it is charge back related if they will not even open an account.

I left the referred to blank, I could have easily found someone to hook up with a bonus, but I wasn't trying to take advantage of anything.

I would totally understand if there was a blacklist for people who charge back and the books share that information, but thats not possible to be the reason. I havent used a c.c. in years on a deposit and never charged back.

I was so surprised when a book would turn down a $500 deposit. I actually sent them an e-mail before signing up, I listed my name, address and asked if I had an account. They said they had no accounts with my last name and I was eligible for a 50% bonus up to $250. Then not less than 20 minutes after that I sign up, it gives me a reference number I call and he checks with manager and says there's a security issue.

I had remembered an issue earlier, but knew I had never played. I went to my email history and it was from July, 2020 I sent them an e-mail asking to signup and in the email I said when i tried to call the phone # with the reference # the line cut off. That was a long time ago so can;t remember anything other than that, but I knew I never played with them.

I may submit the complaint form, just out of curiosity to get an answer for this. Like I said I would feel dumb to lose money to them. If I can get an answer I will update.

It would be an undeserved compliment to turn my deposit down. Wish I could say otherwise. =)

They are a good out that you might find use for.

You should probably take advantage of BMR Genie's offer to help now, if ever interested in playing there sometime in the future, or now.

You may not get any help, or answers, down the road.

I suspect many of the declines are possibly
a. Using a VPN
b. An IP with a bad history at TheGreek
c. A player with a bad history at TheGreek
d. An imperfect address
e. An IP or MAC address used before with Heritage.

This is a great post. There may be other reasons we're not thinking of too. It's difficult to imagine a sportsbook turning down customers for no good reason. They're in this to make money.

So, do you sign up successfully and then Heritage kicks you out? Refuse to let you deposit?

Or are you located in Canada and trying to sign up and the site rejects the application immediately?

Signing up for Heritage requires manual approval from someone. You don't just sign up, get an automated email, and then you're in.

When I filled out the sign up, it, a pop up comes with a reference # and a phone # to call. I did this twice, once Apr 2020 and once last month. The exact same reference #, in 2020 no one answered, last month they answered and he said he needed to check with manager and there's security issue. I asked for whatever the issue it is I would clear up. Im not doing anything shady, would do whatever I needed to prove it, never charged back at any other book, still no answer. When i filled out the complaint I said Heritage could tell them anything for their reason, I'm an open book. Still nothing. Really shocking, but like I said, Id feel dumb to lose to them now.

As for the wagerweb connection, I only joined them Dec 2020. Ive deposited $500 around 7-9 times and lost it all my first 7 or so times, just had my first 2 cashouts there in December a full year later after signing up!!!!! Not sure how that type of player would not be wanted anywhere else.

No book should be top rated and turn customers away without reason!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a different issue than I had when I signed up back in 2017.

The application form would not finish submitting and I would contact Heritage about it and they would give me different reasons every time. It took me months to get signed up.

I finally entered my address without any punctuation and the submition went through. Just a glitch in their application form.

Was thinking you might have the same issue and they might just be making excuses in your case also.

I never had a pop up with reference # though.
