A lot of people don't like duck, me included. I had it at a very nice restaurant in Paris, L'epouvantail Restaurant, 6 Rue de Jarente. I figured if anyone could cook duck well it was these people.

It had a honey sauce with it and the sauce was good but the duck breast was terrible.

Yeah, it can be done poorly for sure.

Can't believe they fukked it up in france. But the speciallty is a l'orange.

I wonder if that's the only way to get it in Paris. Like we don't go to philly for just a turkey sandwhich, we go for one kind of sandwich, the cheesesteak. Maybe it's like that with duck in Paris.

I think it's all about the recipe, maybe it's the meat, lol.

It's the very taste of the meat for me. Everyone has different tastes and a lot of people don't like the taste of duck because it's too greasy. Just like some people don't like snails or frog's legs.
