A lot of people don't like duck, me included. I had it at a very nice restaurant in Paris, L'epouvantail Restaurant, 6 Rue de Jarente. I figured if anyone could cook duck well it was these people.Dude, there was one duck and roosters/and or chicken.

It had a honey sauce with it and the sauce was good but the duck breast was terrible.

If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. There was nothing wrong with the original whopper, even though personally I didn’t enjoy it.

This was a top-end restaurant in Paris. It wasn't "done poorly". They didn't "f*** it up". Duck is a delicacy in Paris. They know how to cook it.Yeah, it can be done poorly for sure.

Can't believe they fukked it up in france. But the speciallty is a l'orange.
I wonder if that's the only way to get it in Paris. Like we don't go to philly for just a turkey sandwhich, we go for one kind of sandwich, the cheesesteak. Maybe it's like that with duck in Paris.

It's the very taste of the meat for me. Everyone has different tastes and a lot of people don't like the taste of duck because it's too greasy. Just like some people don't like snails or frog's legs.
