Man it took you 5 days to reply back to me period and it's cool because they will be like 5 dimes sooner than you think ppl are not going to lose there hard earned money and walk away I have a way with words and if they can't pay I will make sure they can never post in Google which illegal to post things for a unlicensed book you think usa sport lobbyist for them to still money from there pockets its only a matter of time before there are no more offshore books us books have to much invested to continue to letbthis happen and you dont have to help me cause it seem useless to ask you and will ask OSGA TO help me with this issue but like I said soon you will have to get a relationship with real books cause offshore will soon be like Dinosaurs

It's okay dont help cause in the same token you Volaite google advertise policy promoting unlicensed books on your platform and they will pay or go out like 5dimes did and can't accept us players which close they book cause we are the biggest market for online gaming never forget that..thats why other fourms are getting smart and posting fanduel bet mgm and the license ones so you can close my account cause now I will look into this fourm a lil deeper as 3rd party help to promote unlicensed sites us players you can close my account

Where is this 5 days claim coming from?

You submitted your complaint on Tuesday night.

I contacted you on Thursday morning and you replied after I had finished that evening.

I let you know we were asking the book to look into this on Friday afternoon.

By Sunday you were emailing threats that your attorney was going to f**k BMR like you had Pinnacle for promoting this book.

I don't work weekends. Neither does the book manager who needed to look into this.


I have closed the case and will not be assisting you any further.

I filed 2 claims with BMR and got my money back. Both I chalked it up as money gone. It had 1% EV. One of them they got back after I gave up on it for months. If it takes BMR 10 months to respond. You still came up on top.

It's really one of those things like. Thanks for helping, but if you can't I understand too!

Thanks Hunch and Hazliam.

I only work part time hours and realize that I am a bit slower processing some of our complaints than I would like. I really do appreciate the vast majority of our users understanding that as we complete their process. Most are very grateful however long it takes.

It's worth pointing out how few people submitting complaints actually post about their problems on the forum. And the high percentage of people with questionable cases who do post. The ones that we see attacking BMR during the process are often doing it as they know going in that they do not have a valid claim and are trying to shame the book or BMR to get their way. But we even still do our best to advocate for them anyway where it's possible. But not when the person is threatening legal action against BMR as it would be unwise to provide any more information if they are serious.

I remained calm when csr told me I was banned. theres no point in yelling or being abusive to the csr there the front lines there’s just doing what management tells them . I couldn’t get response from Xbet until I hit up bmr . Plus it’s a free service that BMR provides , why you gonna be a ass to ppl who trying to help you . 🤦‍♂️

I actually found her a bit entertaining, given I didn’t need to deal with her. But this is like watching someone go full Karen. Like Super Saiyan Karen mode.
