I have been playing there for awhile now with no issues. Cash outs paid timely. They have been running a 100 percent bonus promo. I used it a week or two ago. I busted out and have been using BOL heritage bookmaker. The bonus was gone on my deposit page. I checked this morning and it was back. I selected it and deposited. Once funds were received I only got a 20 percent bonus. I asked them to credit the rest. They refused saying I had already used it twice. I asked them why was it listed if I didn’t qualify and they wouldn’t answer. Classic bait and switch by a shady Mickey Mouse book. Don’t trust ten and only play with reputable books. I closed my account and told them not to contact me. Good riddance.

Play at any second tier book long enough and I feel like you will run into something like this. Most of the second tiers pay, but they also have their various shady tactics.

betus is another that you definitely need to make sure you are eligible.

No issues with BetNow, been forthright with me. Always confirm your promotion eligibility! Even with the US books

Imagine if no one ever played with any book that anyone complained about on a forum lol. If you tilt on this you're def donking off your roll long term anyway

I get more promotional offers from BM, Heritage and BOL then any other book and I rarely qualify.

I get what you're saying Hollins and you have a legitimate gripe. But there are only a handful of books that are useable these days. If we eliminated all books that don't honor all bonus offers we'd be down to zero. BOL, BM and Heritage have all done that to me too.
Just always check if you're eligible. It's a good rule to live by in the offshore world.
