Not much love for them before the Heritage takeover, which SBR denied countless times. It was so obvious but that dozer flame would deny it like the useless pos he is.

anyway, the heritage wagerweb seems useless. At least they legit payout unlike the old wagerweb sometimes stall tactics. What are the advantages vs playing at heritage? Nothing stands out to me.

When do you think Heritage took over and why? All evidence I have leads me to believe that they are completely separate operations, other than software/lines. WW is a much smaller shop.

I wrote a book, but my phone died and it was lost. I’ll try and summarize to keep it short.

it happened in early 2015.

overnight with the software change, ww now has the financial backing to handle payouts as they should be handled. Now checks are taking less than a week to be received compared to over 3 months prior to this “software change” now there aren’t any hassles to get a payout. Had a large balance in there prior to the change it was like pulling teeth to try and getting multiple payouts going, p2p’s, etc.

mostly their bonuses and loyalty program changed overnight.

I had a decent relationship with the owner. After the change, crickets. No emails, etc. I brought a lot of action to them. I was getting 100% to 150% reloads. Try to get in touch with him, never around. I sent a few emails to him to see what’s up. I get a response 3 weeks later saying there really isn’t much that changed. The writing style of the response was a bit different than past correspondence.

a software change doesn’t all of a sudden fix your ability to pay people without a hitch. They definitely got their new financial backing from heritage.

my guess is the owner sold it to heritage or he had heritage basically control the book with him taking on a lesser role. I think he sold though.

before the heritage software change WW made a software change from dgs to something else. It kind of looked like what heritage/ww has now but maybe there were a few differences.

the pre heritage software change was a disaster. You could bet extremely correlated bets, horse rebate program gave you rewards points for scratched horses, you could parlay a golfer to win the tournament, with him finishing in the top 5 and also in the top 10. So a three team parlay for win, top 5, top 10.

im sure there are other things but those things come to mind.

Hmmmm...Okay. I can understand why you feel that way based on your experience. It's just that when I've contacted them, they've appeared to be an extremely small shop. Not the same customer service organization you talk to when you contact Heritage. Also, their betting limits on accounts seem to be independent of one another. You can be severely limited at Heritage and not WW. That doesn't happen elsewhere. If BetOnline, Jazz, or BetPhoenix, decide to limit you, for example, you can be damned sure that they'll think to hit up their sister books too. I always just assumed that WW simply leased the software. But you might be right.

Heritage swooped in and saved the book financially. There is no other explanation as to why/how wagerweb did a 360 regarding finances and the ability to pay out like clockwork. Overnight they now could payout via bitcoin, send checks out within a week or less.along with the software change/change of office?

why was it extremely hard to get paid anything over a couple k? Now someone waves a magic wand and they turn over a new leaf out of nowhere.

the book was grossly mismanaged. Heritage stripped the old WW into a clone of itself. A new model that appears to be working.

I don’t know the intentions of why Heritage became involved. They obviously saw something that would benefit them in the long run.

At one point ww was graded a D- at SBR. What the last ratings were A? The same outfit of people had an epiphany and a software change and location move completely changed how the book conducted business? Every aspect of ww was overhauled. Just to add SBR ratings could/were easily influenced with financial interests as noted with bet islands.

Anyway I shilled for them to a great extent. I see old posts at SBR saying that I don’t have a worry in the world about getting paid. Either I never had a sizable balance at the time of the post, which is hard to believe, or I flat out lied. I was treated well so I reciprocated. I found this review of the new WW. Keep in mind the old owner was pretty accessible now once the software change, location move, and financial situation is solved overnight the guy goes dark? That doesn’t happen. Let’s say it did happen, he’s obviously a puppet to a higher power.

Today WagerWeb’s ownership is mostly silent as their new gaming team of business professionals handle all day to day operations and has done so for over 6 years. Bettors may not be able to tell if they are being serviced by Silicon Valley or Costa Rica, and that is the goal of all island gaming companies today… A first rate, first world experience.

Anyway I still harbor sour grapes, which I’m sure you could tell. It worked out for me though in the end. I moved on. It was like a girl in a relationship who had good times and other times would be beaten yet stayed with the abuser.

it bothers me when I see posts about WW being as solid as ever over the years. People either have short memories or they have no idea of how it was.

Okay, I wasn't playing there at that time, so you have more context clues than I do.
