Bovada Slow Pay (Or No Pay?)...

Did a test payout last night and just noticed I got it within 1 hour of request.!!! Was $1600. After finding that rule about max bet, all my bets have been under 50% of my deposits. There was a time I didn't know about that and blew a 10k balance with large bets, would like to think there wouldn't have been an issue, but never got a payout from that. Best of luck and I was thinking/hoping this place would be considered top 3-5 safest.

Glad you got paid Whysguy. I still have not heard anything. Been about a week. Pretty lame. Roland said this happened to him and he got paid but it took 12-14 days so I’m gonna give it 14 days before I do any serious complaining.
Will update when I have new info.

Doesnt hurt to keep emailing them but I would expect this whole thing to take 2-3 weeks to be resolved. Ace is a rich guy who wears all designer tracksuits so I'm sure he doesn't need to get his hands on those funds asap.

I have had my account "under investigation" for 71 days now with no response from Bovada. All communication I attempt results with "just keep waiting."

KYC'd account with a history of successful withdrawals.

Since they closed my bonus, figured I would request a withdrawal. However, it doesn't appear that I have the option to withdraw since everything is greyed out. Submitted an email response.

Awesome you got payout issue resolved. We’re you actually able to take a payout?
I’m guessing they decided you’re not Rec (ie not profitable), hence not worth trying to keep around, so no more bonuses.

What's funny is that even know I've been profitable I'm not betting large amounts at all. I like to sleep well at night

I won't even bother with bovada in the future. You'll get paid but the hassle isn't worth it for their lines, which are juicy but not that juicy.

Yeah thank you. I filed a complaint here but am still waiting to be contacted by a dispute analyst.
