That sucks Cruz Missile. I'd be fuming if I were you. Seriously, how do they justify taking all of it when what you started out with was mostly your own cash.
They still haven't responded to me but I am probably in the same boat.
Hopefully SBR can help make this right. At a minimum you should be getting 2 thirds of your winnings.

It seems to me that offshores are on downhill, Bovada sucks, Betus is shady, Intertops for payout ask for blood sample.
What is left BOL and BM and few micky mouse books like GTbets.

It's true. After BOL and BM there is a huge drop off. There used to be 7 or 8 really high quality shops in operation. Now only 2, maybe 3.
That being said US books are awful. Still would much rather play at offshore for now.

Won't accept me as a new client and others have said that they are done accepting any new clients.

Jazz looks like small operation to me.
Bigger than most offshores. Bovada has limited me to peanuts, but Jazz hasn't even though I'm up.
Been there done that ….
Which crypto book(s) did this to you? I probably will get with a crypto book soon but still not sure which.

There are very few crypto books that are good are from which you can benefit from bonuses and value.
I assume you are from US, I’am not sure US players are accrpted by crypto books.

It's not fair to take all my winnings. I didn't realize that you had this rule.
I wish your system hadn't allowed me to place those bets.
I figured if I pressed max wager it would only allow me to bet the maximum that you guys wanted to allow me to bet.
Being that 2/3 of the money being bet was my personal money I think it would be fair if I get 2/3 of my winnings.

Sure seems contradictory. I think maybe the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
Also seems more than fair of you to ask for 2 thirds. I'd want every penny.

This is almost unbelievable that a so-called A book would stoop to a ButUS/MyBookie level.
Frank, I am glad you mentioned BetUs in a negative light. They limited me to $1 per play and then zeroed out my $14,800 balance AND bounced a check. And I never even took a bonus. Can't even log-in. They boot winners and told me on the phone "You're never going to see a penny from us. We don't want winners, only recreational losers."

Update: 87 days with 0 communication and an account under investigation. I emailed investigations and service @ bovada to see if anyone would provide me an answer a few days ago. I received an email that just said "acknowledgement" the next day, saying they will do their best to answer my question.

That was 4 days ago. They have not sent anything else. So basically more stonewalling.

I am also still waiting to hear back from my BMR dispute analyst who emailed me once on Jan 17th.

I've never filled out a complaint form here, but from what I can tell they are only helping a select few people and many are being ignored.
I did receive an initial email 2 weeks ago asking if they would like me to reach out to Bovada. I said yes but that was the last I heard. I dont know how long these things typically take so maybe this is a normal timeline for BMR? I dont want to disparage them if they are working behind the scenes. I hope they are truly.
