Bovada Account 70 Days Under Investigation, zero communication

I have always used VPN with Bovada and planning to take a payout soon. I will let the community here know if they try to screw me.

Pretty sure using a VPN is against their TOS, have you tried to withdraw yet?

Between poker, casino and sports betting Bovada has a very large player pool. I'm guessing most are getting paid. If no one was getting paid people would know.

I'm sure some are getting paid but many are not. Just here at BMR we have 4 current complaints of investigations and funds being held hostage. Think about how many aren't getting paid who aren't on BMR.

It's pretty ridiculous that they are enforcing the max bet bonus rule on some accounts without warning when their system allows you to bet more. It's easy to cap someone's bet amount when they take a bonus if that's what you want to do.

This exactly. They are free rolling people. You lose and we let you keep betting over the limit. You win and we don't pay. Horseshit.

A friend of mine I haven't spoken to for a while mentioned that his group has been stiffed several times in the last 2 years by Bovada. Actually stiffed. I was surprised to hear that.

He also mentioned BMR did not help much; the clout here is not as strong as it used to be across the street.

What other well known book has stiffed in the last 5 years?? Can't think of one. Yet Bovada remains rated A? Pathetic

I cant tell if BMR is taking no action, slow action, or they reached out to Bovada and Bovada didn't respond to them because no one has updated me yet.

My Bovada situation remains the same. Day 93 now.

They collared me 2x very shortly after opening my account. Now my limits there are lower than at BetDSI.

BMR can always assist players who are not trying to break book rules and Bovada will hear out the cases fairly.

@BMRdisputesMatt could you please check on mine too? Its been like a week since I submitted a complaint. Bovada told me directly that they wouldn't take action against my account but they confiscated funds anyways. I feel like if I can just get in contact with the right person this will get cleared up. Thanks in advance for your help.

It's my understanding that Bovada is secretly telling sbr/bmr that "we caught someone bearding but because of our state of the art security techniques, we can't tell you how. just trust us."... and sbr/bmr are going along with it. What a great outcome. Every book can do this now.

To be fair, in one thread you're telling me "boohoo" for complaining about multi-accounters spoiling the game for everyone, then in this thread you're saying Bovada stiffed a "group" that you're in touch with---easy to interpret as multi-accounting. I can see why Matt would see you as a person not acting in good faith.

Anyways BMR is slower than SBR used to be on these disputes and I guess we just have to wait.
