First, let me explain the situation.

I created an account on bookmaer.eu on December 12th where I made a deposit of $2000 and took a bonus of $400 because why not? Within 5 days I was gambling and playing anything and everything. From prematch and live betting to various casino games. After hanging around a lot, I made a $15,000 payout request on December 15, where at that time I had about $18,000 in my account. Two days passed and nothing happened, and when I asked them what happened to my payout, they asked for a selfie of me holding my ID and holding today's date, and at the same time they did not send me any email regarding that i need to send of all of this until I asked them . After I sent it, they asked me to fill out a payment form in Excel, which I did. In the next two emails, I received two questions, the first was to confirm my residential address (it did not change compared to my address on ID), and the second question was whether I had been in my state in the past few weeks/months. I replied to those two emails and after that they did not reply to me again. The last time they responded to me was on December 26, and until today I have sent countless emails, but of course, no response. When I asked in the live chat for they supervisor or manager they told me that they only do support service via live chat and they doesn't have any official email which is of course a huge lie. I found on their site few emails and i wrote to all of them where from one i received a robotic answer:

"Customer care is very important to us, and as such, our compliance team will work diligently to verify the KYC documents you send in. As soon as the review is complete, you'll be emailed to your account's registered email address. We appreciate your understanding and patience.,, .

Obviously I was scammed and they won't pay me the money from the account, and in the meantime I lost the rest of the money from the account that I left to gamble with it. I'm shocked by this, I've never had something like this happen to me, it's not the first time I've did a large payout from a bookie, I won't name names, but some other bookies from this forum have paid me figures that are much higher than $15,0000 without any problems.

I heard about them through this forum and it is obvious that this is a poor and cheap trick by bookmaker who wants to screw me over, therefore I don't think their name should be on this site at all! If necessary to prove that i doesn't lie I can provide all the pictures, recordings or any detail without any problem on my part, I will also hire a lawyer at the beginning of February if they keep ignoring me because I have had a lot of sleepless nights because of this insolence.

So I’m confused. Did you lose all of your balance back gambling, or just 3k and the other 15k they deducted with the pending payout in limbo status?

I had about 18k in my account and made a withdrawal request of 15k. I continued to gamble for the next few days but unfortunately I lost the money that I had left for gambling. The 15k scheduled to be paid out is not touched!

Let’s start with the obvious here:

Bookmaker is an established shop with a long history of paying snd relatively few complaints and even fewer valid ones.

New poster appears - deposits 2k into an offshore book because “hey - why not, gambling seems like a great way to make money fast” and manages to run up his bankroll 900% in a few days. Request 15k 3 days after starting their account.

So book security ask a few questions - poster then jumps to conclusion the well established book who handles volumes in the MILLIONS is a scam and was only out trying to steal his 2k. Accuses then of being criminals - continues playing their balance there and loses what remains - with the 15k held. so now they decide to join forums and wage a public image smearing campaign in an effort to get what they demand.

OP - do as recommended and file the complaint form here. Let the matter be reviewed and an independent party to review facts. Just on the surface alone - your story doesn’t pass the sniff test. If I had a nickel for every legitimate novice player who just googled online sportsbooks without ever visiting a forum and had no knowledge of offshore - then decided to deposit 2 grand because hey - what the hell - it’s only money and they are “giving” 20% bonus AND THEN managed to run up a balance 9x in 3 days through blind luck - well I’d have a nickel.

This of course doesn’t mean the story is “impossible” only “implausible” - we have all seen these threads before and invariably the result is there is almost always more to the story. Putting details out there on a forum AHEAD of a review is rarely in your favor and trying to bash a book into paying is never going to work. You think you’re the first person to try this tactic? You likely aren’t even first this month at Bookmaker. If it’s legit to any degree - I have full confidence in BMR to resolve.

Sometimes people just don’t understand how much they hurt their credibility by running and crying scam - yet failing to acknowledge key facts in a case.

First of all, you joined the forum 15 days ago and you have 194 messages during that time, most of the messages are the size of the one you wrote on my post. Now two options are available, either you are a nerd who has no life and sleep on the forum in order to feel some kind of socialization with other people, or the other more obvious option is that you are there with the intention that when scammers from the betting shop do something like this and someone writes something against them to try to correct their reputation. Whichever of the two it is please bypass my post and seek attention elsewhere because whichever of the two options you are it is deplorable.

Secondly, it's not the first time I've gambled at a offshore bookie, as I've already written, with some I've already paid out much higher figures than the one mentioned. The fact that it is unrealistic for you that I made from 2.400$ to 15.000$ in 5 days that is your problem. I already made a complain and I will do my best to damage their reputation as long as they decide to be shit, and if they don't pay, I will soon start a lawsuit with my lawyer and I will praise and mention the competition that deserve to be praised.

Go somewhere else build a reputation on this forum, and please go outside to see the sun or I hope they pay you well.

Yea - you really sound credible tough guy.

Facts are fact - YOU are the one coming here crying for attention.

So you’re a long time gambler and big money player - but have never played with the largest US book out there before and signed up as a new player for a bonus. Yea - that in itself makes your story sound less likely.

Again - since you claim to be so educated - might want to get your stories straight BEFORE starting a new username and posting a sob story. Again - you claim to have found Bookmaker using this forum - but never post here until after. This place does a gernally good job of dealing with the trolls - but evidently one found their way in. Go waste others time and try your shakedown somewhere else.

BTW - who is the alleged counsel you are hiring in February if they don’t pay you ? I’d love to see their complaint and how they feel it is actionable.

When it comes to the facts, what are the chances that an employee of the bookmaker will respond to my post on one of the forums where their bookmaker is advertised and tries to deny my post? The chances are huge and here in two days I don't see anyone but you who invested time and effort in trying to defend the mentioned bookie. What exactly are your ,,facts,,? Anyone can ask me for any evidence, proof, screenshot whatever, I will attach them here since I have no problem with it and I have nothing to hide.

It’s simple - you have nothing to hide - file the complaint and let BMR assist.

Quit trying to use a forum as a place to pressure someone into paying you what you feel you’re entitled to. You are not well spoken - have done nothing more than come in here and post a story that just pass the sniff test and likely undermined your own case. Trying to bait a book into a public debate is a poor plan.

As to facts - again facts are simple. Bookmaker has a long track record and few complaints and no documented complaints (including on forums where they are not sponsors). It would be like me making an outrageous claim against a large corporation demanding payment. You won’t win the case of public opinion as you have zero support here. Go through proper routes - let people who do have credibility backing them handle your case or shut the hell up, send your legal team in and then post a link to the case and the complaint here and let it play out as it will.

Your posting and wording are suspiciously familiar from another forum and a case vs another book. Wild accusations - claims of proof - but you have failed to answer direct questions nor shared any proof. If you signed up via this forum - I’m guessing you applied for the referral credit here - if not - again why ? Either file here - another arbitration service or in your local court. But stop wasting bandwidth with these post. I’ve said my piece of mind and am done commenting. Look forward to the BMR update on this case or your sharing the docket/complaint.
