Bookmaker.eu not paying out

I requested a payout on December 5, 2022 from Bookmaker.eu. I still have not received my funds. Bookmaker refuses to update me on why I have not been paid out and just gives me the same generic answer if I contact them via live chat which is "your payout is under review." I have been very patient, but it is now almost 2 months that they have had my money and refuse to pay. I was requested to send in several selfies with my ID in hand and others holding a piece of paper with the date. I sent in this information immediately but still no response. I have been sending emails asking for an update and nobody ever replies. I do not know where else to turn at this point. I thought Bookmaker was a reputable site which is why I used them but now it seems I may have been wrong. Very unprofessional behavior to not payout for 2 months with no explanation and refuse to respond to countless emails. I honestly don't know where else to turn at this point.

normally you should be able to check yourself under "Cashier -> Account -> History" whether there are still any documents needed, or have been rejected. Maybe this could give you a better idea what's the issue at least.

When I verified my account a couple of years back the files constantly got rejected as well because the support staff forwarded the wrong information about what exactly they needed. But once this is sorted out, normally Bookmaker pays basically immediately, and I have never had any issues since.

Yea this is a different situation from what you are describing. Bookmaker asked me to send several selfies via email, not through the cashier. I followed up several times on their live chat and confirmed they got the selfies. My money is not showing in my account either. Just a pending payout for 2 months with no explanation as to why my money is being held without payment.

One of the most reputable books out there, obviously they found something suspicious with this account.
