Hello all!

My name is Olga Socolov. I'm from Moldova.
I created an account with Bookmaker.eu about six months ago.
On February 19, 2026, I couldn't log into my account.
The live chat operator said that players from Moldova can no longer place bets.
To withdraw funds, you need to complete KYC verification.
I sent my ID and a selfie with my ID.
Then they asked me to make a short video with information about myself and my account.
Then they demanded a video interview. I agreed.
Then they wrote that a video interview is not required at the moment))) Lol.
Now they just stopped responding. My account has been blocked for over a month.
I filled out the OSGA form - no response.
Today I wrote a letter to OSGA and described my situation. Has anyone received a response from OSGA?

I read the forum and saw that people regularly encounter this problem.

Anyone who managed to get their money back? What did you do?
What are some ways to resolve this issue?

Regarding the OSGA.
They advertise the bookmaker on their website.
There's a review there about how great this bookmaker is.
I won't hide the fact that when I opened an account six months ago, I also read these reviews on various websites. This influenced me to open an account there.
I'm writing them a complaint, and they're simply ignoring me. What's the point of them then? It would be fair to say that we accept complaints about specific bookmakers. But you can't complain about a bookmaker.eu.

Sorry, I've said everything for now.

BM is pretty fair/reputable, had a beard acc w/them two years ago and was caught by accidently logging in from device. Took 1-1.5 months but they paid out the $25k though ended up closing the account. That was 2 years ago though but the asked the exact same procedure for the KYC

I have a different but similar problem. My account isn't blocked, and I can continue betting. However, my preferred withdrawal methods have been blocked.
This happened at the end of February. I also resent my ID and a short video message.
May I know what sports you bet on and the amounts?

That’s concerning, especially with the back-and-forth on KYC requirements. Hopefully someone here who had a similar issue can share what worked for them. Keep us updated if you get any response.

Hello, all!

My account was activated.
But they treated me completely unfairly – they removed my ability to use cryptocurrency.
They tell me they'll only transfer all the money to a bank account.
Withdrawals to a bank account are highly undesirable for me.
I'm offering to withdraw a small amount to a bank account if it's a verification issue, but they're not agreeing.
I'm thinking of trying an account-to-account transfer.
Anyone willing to help, please respond!

It is highly unlikely they will process an account to account transfer for you. And if they do, the receiving account will undergo a similar level of scrutiny.

Yes, I doubt it too, but the bank account is really bad. The fees will eat into my winnings. If the bank account isn't blocked

It's clear that if Bookmaker suspects you of multi-accounting they will make you do a wire when payout time comes. It's actually a pretty good response. Definitely shuts down the assholes that try and create 70 accounts.
Sucks for the few that get caught up and aren't guilty though.

Like I tell people in Discord, Bookmaker is the best book to deal with when things are on auto-pilot, which is 99% of the time but the worst book to deal with when you get caught up in their net for something their security systems' catch. 3 Years ago I asked Bookmaker support if I could create a JustBet account and that I explicity didn't want to jeopardize my standing with my BM account. They said no problems. Created the JB account, made 1 bet and lost. That same night they froze both accounts and I had to pester them for 3 Months until they finally let me back in. I still recommend them though because I know this was the exception not the rule.
