I wouldn't consider anything official unless until I see a bash thread started by @BMR Genie or by @BMR Forum. When we see that than it is game on. Suggestions on anything are always valued and taken into consideration though.

That would be my guess but this isn’t 5-10 years ago when offshore was rolling in $ spreading it around to different sites, times changed and my guess is you never see a site give out airfare vouchers and hotel rooms again, the money just isn’t there anymore

I’d have to agree. I don’t think you’ll be seeing any airfare reimbursement anymore. I think you would be fortunate to get hotel and dinner

Just everyone get their crowbar and wallet out and make it out the first weekend in October. College football NFL and MLB playoffs. Pools are still open and it’s not to hot. How wrong can you be.

Bobby is already out there and most are short flight away. I am pretty sick of Vegas on busy events/weekends. I go out most years for march madness but the lines are nuts and can't even get a seat in the book anymore and that was before the Covid mess. Times that BS by 10 now. I rather go elsewhere during a busy event weekend now that gambling is legal almost everywhere.

I tell most people it’s better to visit Monday-Thursday. Same level of service but not as crowded and cheaper room rates

I’m there Wednesday to Wednesday come out Sunday to Wednesday yes a lot cheaper. Something tells me any date or place is just a pipe dream. It’s like herding cat’s lol.

Rent a bus for a weekend (seat at least 40) with driver of course. If its BMR sanctioned, banner up the side of the bus and gain exposure for the site and no doubt a few tailgaters along the way to our destination. Can be geared to be sponsored by a land or online book/casino cover operating expenses.... ie, Rental, driver, rooms, feed and bash booze in return for the sponsor splashed on the bus banners. DESTINATION IS A CRUCAIL DECIDER

If its not a sanctioned, maybe just limos n hookers
