It just seems to me that Las Vegas is logistically the best option. Cheaper nonstop flights abundance of hotels. I could just imagine what hotel rates in New Orleans cost. March madness in Vegas if you’ve never been is a bucket list experience. But that’s just me take a poll and majority rules.

Yea plus you still have to wear masks in the casinos and all the places
you get off the ship. I was on a cruise less than a month ago, and they will test you if you have the sniffles, then if you come up positive your locked up the rest of the cruise, nothing like cruise sniffle nazis on the ship. While it was a nice get away it wasn’t like cruising before covid

I went on one in September to Alaska. While yes we did have to wear a mask majority of the time, It wasn’t much different than cruising pre-covid. Food was good, shows were good, casino was good to me. Alaska was amazing to see. Overall had a great time and can’t wait to go again.

Some of the major lines are dropping their mask requirements as long as you are vaccinated. Pretty soon I’m sure most will follow suit

San Jose Costa Rica IMO is a dump and the beach city’s are at least two hours away. And you need a pass port and all that crap. That being said my sister and l talk about moving there to escape all the political crap we live with ever day lol. But the wife’s not on board. Guy’s at therx when they had a Costa Rica sub forum said you live like a king there just on your SS check.

I am definitely moving back to CR one day, i miss it everyday. I think it’s a very peaceful country, and if you’re a laid back kind of person then it’s your place to be
